Kathmandu District Court has released Inspector of Nepal Police Dolraj
Shahi along with four other accomplices charged of helping a convict
flee from Dillibazaar prison.

Kharel ordered the release of the accused policemen at a bail of Rs
5,000 each and that of major accomplice Rita Rana Magar at a bail of Rs
18,500.
They are charged of helping Peshal Budhathoki, a convict
serving jail-term at Dillibazaar prison for fraud, flee from the prison
last Saturday.
Rana is Budhathoki's partner. Whether they were legally married or not is not clear.
Others charged of helping Budhathoki flee are constables Chandra Kumar Chaudhary, Bharat Thapa and head constable Raju Rai.
